Your Petitioner me borr of Atrendan Parents at
Julfa Ispahan in the Kingdom of Fersis on the 25th day of
January 1879 and was brought up in the Christian faith. Fe was
the son of the Reverend Cyril Thaddeuɛ Arathorn Cwen, an
Armenian, and Sirvard, his wife, who was the daughter of the
Reverend Johannese Karoos all ef Julfa aforesaid.

Your Petitioner 1sft Julfa aforesaid at the are
of eleven and was at school in Rangcon and Caloutta from the year
1890 to 1899. Throughout his stay in Caloutte re was a member
of the second Battalion Calcutta Volunteer Rifles, and for twe
years held the appointment of Celou Semreert. He came to Hengers
from the Armenian College at Caloutte ard joined the vowerment
Post Office in Fengkong on the let day of January 1900. Fe 1g &
Member of the English Mason Fraternity. He has resided in British possessions for the last twenty-four yeare. Partoulare of such residence and the exceptions to the same are as follows:-
From 1890-1891 at Ranecon, at school.
From 1891-1899 at Calcutta, at Bohol.
From 1900-1902 at Hongkong.
From 1902-1904 in Japan.
From 1905-1907 at Hongkong.
From 1907-1909 at Calcutta.
From 1910-1912 at Singapore.
